The Steering Committee for BOSMIP IV took place in Zagreb, Croatia on 24 May 2011. The project is co-financed by the European Commission and the BOSMIP IV partners. The steering committee aimed at developing and discussing the topics for the seminars and the mentoring projects that will be at the heart of the BOSMIP IV project. The target federations in the Western Balkans gave their input on their demands and wishes so as to find and match the expertise from the EU27 partners and to provide the best fit.
The Study Visit in Brussels was discussed, to be planned in early 2012 and to be available to employees from the partner federations who deal with EU affairs and who can learn from the experience the most.
The overall outline of the calendar was discussed as well as the financial rules and regulations that will apply to all partners.
